Will it work with my website technology?
We've made it incredibly easy to integrate with us, whether you're using Word Press, static HTML or anything in between.

Customers can see your live schedule and start booking reservations immediately.
To add Live Calendar to your website, just copy and paste a single line of code.
We're not very tech-savvy, will we be able to figure out how to use it?
Absolutely! We created Starboard Suite with you in mind. You won't need to be a tech expert to use it.
If you can use email and are comfortable with basic web tasks like reserving hotel rooms or buying airline tickets, Starboard Suite will be a snap.
We'll set everything up for you and we'll even provide a free training session for you and your staff.

What features are included with your standard package?
Every feature is included with every implementation.
We don't believe in offering teaser rates for a dumbed-down version of our product.
Online reservations, administrative control panel, custom configuration, training, hosting, 24/7 monitoring and ongoing support are all included.
Is your service really free for tour operators to use? What's the catch?
Yes, it is! We will setup, customize and manage your reservation system for you with no out-of-pocket costs. A small ticketing fee added to your customer's purchase covers all of our costs. For complete details, see our pricing page.
How long will it take before customer payments are deposited into my bank account?
We'll never hold your money. Customer payments are verified and processed in real-time, and are deposited directly into your checking account as soon as they clear the bank. This typically takes 24-36 hours.
How does credit card processing work?
Use our plug-and-play credit card processor, or we're glad to work with yours.
We're here to help you build your business, so we provide full transparency for your payment processing.
We don't mark-up your credit card rates or require you to have a reserve account.
We have a 1-click integration with Stripe Payments that allows you to sign-up and start processing credit cards almost immediately.
Stripe has competitive rates and, unlike traditional merchant banks:
- Stripe's rate is the same for *all* credit cards, including AmEx.
- There are no monthly fees, gateway fees, or other confusing add-on fees.
We're also integrated with Authorize.net, which enables us to process credit cards with 99% of U.S. merchant banks. If you feel strongly about sticking with your current merchant bank we can most-likely process with them as well.
Square — fully integrated
With our direct Square integration, you can process in-person credit card payments via swipe, dip, Apple Pay or Android Pay.
Square payments show on your Starboard Suite reports just like any other payment, and refunds can be made seamlessly through your Starboard Suite control panel.
What about cash, checks and split payments?
For online bookings, you'll typically want customers to pay you in full with a single credit card.
For phone and walk-up bookings in your Control Panel, you can accept payments via any combination of credit card, cash, check, gift certificates, vouchers, etc.
Split a single purchase into as many separate payments as you like. Securely and compliantly store credit cards (with Stripe) and re-charge the stored card if you add passengers, retail items, or gratuities to a reservation.
