Convert to gift certificate

Our new "convert to gift certificate" feature allows you to issue an electronic gift certificate from a reservation in a single click.

This is a quick and easy way for you to issue customers a credit for a cancellation, without having to give back your hard-earned revenue.

Just click the "convert to gift certificate" link on the top of any boarding pass. We'll remove the reservation from your event, create an e-gift certificate in its place and email it to the customer -- all in a single click.

Customers can redeem their gift certificate online, without calling you to reschedule them.
